The day has finally come... Hooray for me!!
And happy golden birthday Rachel!
On the way back from Chicago, Joe and I stopped for gas. Joe is pissed because the pump handle was broken and he had to hold it the entire time.
Joe and I travelled 800 miles to Chicago to see the Blackhawks duke it out against the Flames... in which they won 3-2. What an epic weekend! This picture is of warm ups.
Went to the park while Rachel went to class and soaked in the sun, laid in the grass, and admired the skyline. Hey, look! A balloon!
Working at Hazlet's pool today and they have a blackboard. Note: the only thing in my handwriting is my name because I am lazy.
One of the trucks by the new school that is being built. This picture came out different than I expected it would. I especially like the background sky with the wires.
I have two of these left from my childhood to use... any suggestions?
Kristen asleep on the dining room table after our Easter dinner.
Happy Easter!
This was such a fun show to watch... thanks Naura!
Taking a break from writing to doodle. I'm such a slacker.
Every time I go to visit or pick my brother up from Rowan I pass this. Well, I finally took a picture. It is a great way to advertise: a truck covered half in mulch.
The trees blossoming in Philly now are gorgeous.
I always find buttons like this randomly and do not know to what they belong.
My dad made chili and rice today for us and then stuck some chips into it.
Front of the birthday card that Tom got me, but I haven't had the heart to throw out yet.
Some fun effects with some fun mints.
Craig, Joe, and I went to Pizza Hut (after not going to New York) and actually sat there to eat. I haven't stayed to eat in that place since probably high school. The food was so much better than delivery.
Every time I do the tests for the pool I think of two things. One, a career as a chemist and two, Rorschach's mask in Watchmen.
Annoying Tom all day for April Fools was a lot of fun... but apparently he did not get a kick out of it. He came to my house and tackled me. Here is a glimpse of me spamming his facebook wall before he deleted them all:
Stationed at my post. Like my swim trunks?
Starting this week I will be spending a lot more time here other than working.
Me, Rachel, Melissa, and Craig right before going to see 'I Love You, Man' late as hell.
Out to Applebee's with my closest friends: Craig, Melissa, Joe, Naura, Tom, Al, Kirby Richie, Kristen, Sal, and RACHEL! (Joe, Kristen, and some of Sal pictured with me acting like goof nuggets). Afterward we went bowling.
Joe, Naura, and I went to Friday's and bumped into Jason aka "Guy At Will's". Then we took this picture.
All I did to make this sick effect in my picture was the breathe warm air onto the inside of my windshield and then shoot it through the blue strip on the top. Gross, but effective!
Happy 24th Birthday to me! Wow I'm old.
I went to SJU for the final Appalachia meeting and everyone in my group sang Happy Birthday to me... it was a blast! I played around with the colors in this photo to reflect my mood: crazy.
Doesn't anyone else do this to their marble notebooks? Or is it just me?
Out to Famous Dave's with my family for my birthday. Here are my sibs and I posing sideways next to the brownie/ice cream treat:
The dream team.
The good news: 2 white shark bites. The bad news: 4 purple ones.
Clearly this piece of paper is garbage, yet somehow found it's way into my affirmation bag.
A castle that is white in color and has a great architecture.
Hockey game Blackhawks versus Devils. Congrats Marty Brodeur on his 552nd win!! Here we are (minus Melissa since she took the picture):
PS... Happy St. Patrick's Day and Happy Birthday Joseph!!
First day of my new/old job. Staring at this for 3 hours straight can get a little bit boring. I like how that cute little seahorse makes a spinal injury that much more bearable.
The last remaining piece of my beloved car. Cryingface.
I absolutely love learning about new bands from compilations. I picked this one up from Kentucky and there are a bunch of great songs on this CD.
Jim, my affirmation partner, and the Crank's Creek stick I had everyone sign for him. I wish we could all just go back to Kentucky this instant!
One of the finished products! I wish David and Red (the residents) all the luck in the world.
Chris surprised everyone with a pancake feast and I got to help! They were amazing!
Rachel straddling and hammering while T watches.
Rachel and Courtney putting together a wheelchair ramp while Anderson and Mike check out the frame in the background.
My little Buddah-Amy underneath a bonzai tree.
"We make a living by what we get, We make a life by what we give."
- Sir Winston Churchill
My triumphant return to SJU. We left at 8pm for Crank's Creek, Kentucky!
Joe and I love Five Guys soooo much! You should too!
"A comedian died last night, and nobody cares. Nobody cares but me."
"The sky grows bigger every day and the other week I hopped on a train,
Cutting through state lines to comfort you as the crow flies,
Out there in there offing everything was melon and orange."
I got these worry beads from Greece and every time I get into my car I remember that amazing trip!
